Focal Element, Inc. Construction Services was formed in 2005 by Richard Roldan with the purpose of producing accurate coordination documents for the commercial construction industry in the Washington Metropolitan area. While the majority of the business comes from coordination documents in HVAC commercial construction, client projects may expand to include project management.

Rich Roldan, the man behind Focal Element, Inc. is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years experience in coordination for the commercial construction industry.

At Focal Element, Inc., we have been "coordinating" for years and offer expert services to many individuals and small businesses. In addition to our expertise, we pride ourselves on delivering these services in an affordable and timely manner. That's why most of our new clients are referred by existing clients.
